Town & Country Tire was established in 1985 by Burton Gronli and his son Steve Gronli. They managed their business in central Spicer together, then in 1990 Burton's youngest son Kevin Gronli started working at Town & Country Tire as well. Also, during 1990, Town & Country Tire built a new building and moved to where they are currently located at just south of the Spicer baseball fields 10460 72nd Street NE, Spicer MN.

In 1994 they expanded to include two more service bays to their building, and add another full time ASE Service Technician. Now in order to keep improving the business in 2012 a remodel was completed. This remodel was done in order to improve the customer experience including a new office, customer waiting area and display space.
